10 AM MFA Annual Meeting

12 PM Presentation of the commemorative cake to celebrate 25 years since the MFA was founded and the annual reunions have been held.

Potluck Lunch + eating of the cake!

2 PM Bingo

Family Activities: Swimming at the pool, baseball at the ball field & games (there is a 2$ fee for the pool and parent supervision is required)

Mr. Freeze

4 PM Music, Karaoke, WII

5:30 PM Potluck Supper + Pizza (supplied by the MFA)

6:30 PM Evening Activities include:

-Music, Karaoke, WII, musical chairs with prizes

-Cards and board games, bring your friends, all are welcome

-Chips and Dip

Fees:

1$ for those with a membership or honorary membership

2$ for non-members

1$ for children 6- 17 years of age

0$ for children under 6

The 10$ yearly membership fee remains.

7 PM 9 PM-11PM	Set up and preparation for the Reunion (Centre des Loisirs de Richmond, 800 rue Gouin, Richmond, QC) MFA Meet and Greet Bring your own Beer/wine/Drinks Chicken wings with different sauces, chips, carrot sticks, celery sticks and coffee will be supplied by the MFA Music / Karaoke with Steve Mastine

9:30 AM	Annual General Meeting (Centre des Loisirs de Richmond)

11:30 -1:30	Family Picnic: Bring your own lunch for the picnic at the Sydenham Church Presentation to explain the importance of this reunion: The story of Sylvester coming to Canada 200 years ago.

2 PM	Registration (Centre des Loisirs de Richmond)

2 - 4 PM		Family Activities · Swimming /Baseball/Soccer/Volleyball · Skate Park · Card Games or Sudoku Competition · Quiz Notes: In case of rain classic board games and activities will be available in the Centre des Loisirs as well as the artefacts table.

3 PM		Frozen Juice Pop Snack

4:30 PM		Family Photos (Jacob’s Children)

5 -6:30 PM		BBQ Supper (Centre des Loisirs de Richmond) · MFA will supply the Hamburgers, Pizza, Hotdogs &chips for the BBQ supper. · 200^th Anniversary Cake · Everyone bring salads and/or desserts for the buffet table · Power Point Photo reel from past MFA reunions.

6:30-7:30 PM		Corey Morin's Magic Show
